Kiln Manager

You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kiln at Red Building Bricks (India) Private Limited in Mumbai. Your role will involve ensuring the efficient production of high-quality clay bricks by monitoring kiln temperatures and conditions, managing kiln workers, and troubleshooting any operational issues that may arise. Additionally, you will be required to maintain records of kiln operations, adhere to safety and quality standards, and collaborate with other departments to ensure productivity and quality. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor kiln temperatures and conditions to optimize brick production - Manage kiln workers to ensure smooth operations and adherence to safety standards - Troubleshoot any operational issues that may impact production efficiency - Maintain records of kiln operations for documentation and analysis - Coordinate with other departments to enhance productivity and quality standards Qualifications: - Operational Skills: Experience in kiln operations, temperature monitoring, and working with modern brick manufacturing machinery - Management Skills: Ability to lead and manage a team, excellent organizational skills, and uphold safety standards - Technical Skills: Knowledge of kiln troubleshooting, maintenance, and quality control systems - General Skills: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and willingness to work on-site in Mumbai - Beneficial Skills: Experience in the brick manufacturing industry, familiarity with sustainability practices, and understanding of Chinese machinery.,
