Job Title: Sales Executive – Real Estate Location: Lucknow Department: Sales & Marketing Reporting To: Sales Manager / Business Development Head Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive – Real Estate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating quality leads, converting prospects into clients, and closing property sales. You will play a vital role in driving revenue, achieving sales targets, and maintaining excellent client relationships in a competitive market. Key Roles & Responsibilities: Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, digital platforms, and networking. Understand client needs and provide suitable real estate solutions. Conduct site visits with potential clients and present property features, pricing, and documentation process. Maintain follow-ups with prospective buyers and handle all pre-sale and post-sale customer queries. Maintain updated knowledge of market trends, available inventory, legal processes, and competitor offerings. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients. Negotiate deals, finalize agreements, and close property sales. Maintain and update client databases and sales records. Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to convert leads and improve outreach. Attend property expos, promotional events, and meetings as required. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). Proven experience in real estate sales or related field (1–3 years preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Customer-centric mindset with high ownership and integrity. Good knowledge of local property laws and real estate market. Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
