The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving high-quality inbound leads through organic search strategies and digital marketing campaigns. This role combines technical SEO expertise with a strong understanding of lead generation funnels to fuel our sales pipeline with qualified and conversion-ready leads . Quality lead generation is the most significant aspect of this role —not just generating traffic, but converting the right audience into meaningful business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Develop, implement, and optimize SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and keyword rankings. Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and technical SEO audits. Optimize content for search engines and user experience Monitor SEO performance using relevant tools Lead Generation: Plan, execute, and manage digital lead generation campaigns targeting defined buyer personas. Develop lead magnets, landing pages, and optimized funnels to convert visitors into leads. Track, analyze, and report on lead quality, source, conversion rates, and ROI. Continuously test and refine strategies to ensure high-quality lead acquisition . Cross-Channel Digital Marketing: Support email marketing, social media campaigns, and paid ads to amplify lead capture. Coordinate with sales and business development teams to align lead quality and feedback. Stay updated with SEO and digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field. 1–5 years of proven experience in SEO and digital lead generation best if have an experience in Real Estate Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels and B2B/B2C lead generation tactics. Hands-on experience with SEO tools Proficiency in using CRM and email marketing platforms. Analytical mindset with a passion for performance measurement and conversion optimization. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
