As a Digital Marketing Specialist specializing in SEO & Lead Generation, you will play a crucial role in driving high-quality inbound leads through organic search strategies and digital marketing campaigns. Your responsibilities will include developing, implementing, and optimizing SEO strategies to enhance organic visibility and keyword rankings. Conducting keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, as well as technical SEO audits will be part of your routine tasks. You will also be responsible for optimizing content for search engines and user experience, and monitoring SEO performance using relevant tools. In addition to SEO, you will be planning, executing, and managing digital lead generation campaigns targeting specific buyer personas. Your role will involve developing lead magnets, landing pages, and optimized funnels to convert visitors into leads. Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on lead quality, source, conversion rates, and ROI will be essential tasks to ensure high-quality lead acquisition. Furthermore, you will be supporting cross-channel digital marketing efforts including email marketing, social media campaigns, and paid ads to amplify lead capture. A successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field, along with at least 1 year of proven experience in SEO and digital lead generation. An understanding of digital marketing funnels and B2B/B2C lead generation tactics is crucial. Hands-on experience with SEO tools, proficiency in using CRM and email marketing platforms, and an analytical mindset for performance measurement and conversion optimization are highly desirable qualities.
