As a Digital Marketing Specialist specializing in SEO & Lead Generation, you will play a crucial role in driving high-quality inbound leads through organic search strategies and digital marketing campaigns. Your expertise in technical SEO combined with a strong understanding of lead generation funnels will be instrumental in fueling our sales pipeline with qualified and conversion-ready leads. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, implement, and optimize SEO strategies to enhance organic visibility and keyword rankings. - Conduct thorough keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and technical SEO audits. - Optimize content for search engines and user experience to drive better results. - Monitor SEO performance using relevant tools for continuous improvement. - Plan, execute, and manage digital lead generation campaigns focused on defined buyer personas. - Create lead magnets, landing pages, and optimized funnels to convert visitors into leads effectively. - Track, analyze, and report on lead quality, source, conversion rates, and ROI. - Continuously test and refine strategies to ensure high-quality lead acquisition. - Support email marketing, social media campaigns, and paid ads to boost lead capture. - Collaborate with sales and business development teams to ensure alignment on lead quality and feedback. - Stay abreast of SEO and digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
