Sales Executive – Real Estate

Neelam Infra is hiring experienced Sales Executives to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate should be confident, customer-focused, and result-oriented, with prior experience in real estate or field sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle walk-in clients and site visits
• Generate leads and follow up with potential customers
• Explain property details, pricing, and payment plans
• Close sales and achieve monthly targets
• Maintain customer relationships and post-sales coordination
• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and booking

Requirements:

• Male & Female candidates can apply
• 2–3 years of experience in real estate or sales
• Good communication & negotiation skills
• Presentable and professional personality
• Ability to work with targets
• Basic knowledge of CRM & MS Excel (preferred)
