Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive – Real Estate, located in Kolkata. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, building and maintaining relationships, closing property deals, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves managing client inquiries, conducting market research to identify opportunities, and collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong negotiation skills and an ability to represent the company professionally.


Qualifications

  • Strong Sales and Negotiation skills to close deals effectively
  • Knowledge of Real Estate Market Trends and ability to conduct Market Research
  • Client Relationship Management and Customer Service skills for building and maintaining trust
  • Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Presentation skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools, including CRM platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the real estate industry is a plus
