Job Description

Role: Sales Executive (Remote)


Industry: Wellness / Nutrition Reports to: Head of Sales


What You’ll Do:

* Manage & convert leads across calls, WhatsApp (AISensy), and email

* Use HubSpot CRM for daily lead tracking, reporting & pipeline management

* Build trust by understanding client needs & recommending the right program

* Build rapport, handle objections, and follow up consistently to drive revenue

* Create reports & presentations in Excel to track performance and share insights

* Share customer insights with marketing to strengthen campaigns

* Achieve/exceed monthly sales & revenue targets


What We’re Looking For:

* 3–5 years in sales, business development, or client-facing roles

* Excellent English communication skills written & spoken (non-negotiable)

* Strong sales aptitude, persuasive & target-driven mindset

* Tech-savvy with experience using HubSpot, WhatsApp tools, and Excel (reports & presentations)

* Proactive, coachable, and motivated to exceed conversion & revenue goals

* A genuine interest in wellness & relationship-based sales
