About the Role

We’re looking for passionate and confident professionals ready to shape the clean energy future.

As a Sales Executive, you’ll be part of our international campaign representing Saving Energy Australia — guiding customers toward energy-efficient HVAC and solar solutions.

This is a voice-based sales role focused on structured, meaningful conversations — no fieldwork, no cold chaos. Just clear communication, real growth, and tangible impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct structured outbound/inbound calls to potential customers in the Australian market.
• Educate customers about energy-efficient HVAC and solar solutions under rebate programs.
• Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions that align with compliance guidelines.
• Achieve monthly targets through consistent follow-ups and professional communication.
• Maintain accurate lead and sales data in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless lead flow and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8–12 months of experience in international voice/sales processes preferred (freshers with strong communication skills may apply).
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in handling outbound calls and closing deals.
• Target-oriented mindset with attention to detail and professionalism.
• Comfortable working from the office in a fixed day-shift schedule.
