Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team in Surat. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive sales, build client relationships, and contribute to the growth of our premium cooking products and products. As a Sales Executive, you will work closely with our sales team to promote our brand, meet sales targets, and deliver exceptional customer experiences, aligning with Shree Cooking’s commitment to quality and innovation.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, attending workshops, and client referrals to expand Shree Cooking’s customer base.
  • Handle inquiries through phone calls and walk-ins, with a special emphasis on following up on leads generated from social media platforms.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our cooking products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Track sales performance, prepare reports, and suggest strategies to optimize sales processes under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns, gather customer feedback, and enhance brand visibility.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to propose innovative sales approaches.
  • Participate in team-building activities, such as sales training workshops, goal-setting sessions, and celebratory events, to foster a positive work culture.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (recent graduates welcome).
  • Strong passion for sales and customer engagement, with a focus on delivering value-driven solutions.
  • Proven ability to take initiative and drive results through academic projects, internships, or prior sales experience.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new sales techniques, shown through participation in training or professional development activities.
  • High integrity and accountability with examples of a clear focus and honest communication in professional settings or team settings.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM software or sales tracking tools.
  • Ability to work on-site in Surat.
  • Excellent communication skills, negotiation skills, and interpersonal skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
