Job Overview

We are seeking a driven and energetic Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets for our IT products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients to promote company products and services.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, social media, and other sales channels.
• Understand customer requirements and present suitable IT solutions.
• Prepare and deliver business proposals and presentations.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing customers.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and new technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
• Proven sales experience (0–3 years) in the IT or technology sector preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and target-driven.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
