Negotiate pricing, scope, and contract terms with clients to close high-value deals while maintaining profitability. Maintain and update sales pipelines, track all interactions, and report progress to the management team. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining long-term relationships with clients and offering after-sales support. Proactively follow up with client's post-sales to address issues, gather feedback, and ensure service renewals.
