Business Development Associate

Roles and Responsibilities: Use platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Apollo, and other CRM tools to identify and generate quality B2B leads. Initiate and follow up on cold calls, emails, and messages to prospects. Effectively pitch Revuteck’s services and convert leads into long-term clients. Negotiate pricing, scope, and contract terms with clients to close high-value deals while maintaining profitability. Maintain and update sales pipelines, track all interactions, and report progress to the management team. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining long-term relationships with clients and offering after-sales support. Proactively follow up with client's post-sales to address issues, gather feedback, and ensure service renewals. Work closely with the marketing and project teams to tailor proposals and deliver solutions that meet client needs.
