Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Executive to drive sales and build strong customer relationships for Aarbees London. The role focuses on both in-person and digital sales strategies, promoting our retail products, achieving sales targets, and enhancing brand visibility. The ideal candidate is a proactive professional with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales and Lead Generation: Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through in-person meetings, networking events, cold calling, and digital outreach to promote Aarbees London’s products.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing customers to foster trust, loyalty, and repeat business.
  • Product Promotion: Present products compellingly, highlighting unique features and benefits to drive sales conversions in both B2B and B2C markets.
  • Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective sales strategies and negotiation skills.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor strategies, and new business opportunities to inform sales approaches.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports to track performance, analyze outcomes, and suggest improvements to senior management.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns and events, such as trade shows and pop-up events.

  • Experience: Freshers Welcome

Skills:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales automation tools.
  • Ability to conduct market research and analyze data.
  • Experience with both in-person and digital sales strategies.
  • Knowledge of electric smart products or retail sales is a plus.
