Job Description

As a Marketing and Sales Executive at Aarbees London, you will play a vital role in driving business growth through a strategic combination of field-based client engagement and on-site marketing and sales activities. Your responsibilities will be divided equally between externally meeting potential clients to establish and nurture relationships, and executing on-site tasks such as developing marketing strategies, implementing campaigns, and ensuring customer satisfaction. In the field, you will identify and engage potential clients through face-to-face interactions at meetings, networking events, and industry conferences. Your ability to build and maintain strong client relationships will be key in fostering trust and loyalty. By conducting market research, you will uncover new business opportunities and tailor your approach to meet client needs. Presenting and pitching company products/services to prospects and successfully negotiating contracts to achieve sales targets will be crucial aspects of your role. On-site, you will collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content that promotes our offerings and enhances brand visibility. Analyzing sales data and market trends will help you refine strategies and boost performance. Additionally, managing customer inquiries, conducting follow-ups through various channels, and ensuring smooth product/service delivery by coordinating with internal teams are integral parts of your responsibilities. To excel in this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Freshers are welcome to apply, provided they demonstrate the ability to build relationships and close sales in either a B2B or B2C setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for engaging with diverse clients, while self-motivation, organizational prowess, and time-management abilities will be critical for success both in the field and on-site. Your work environment will be split between fieldwork (50%) involving client meetings, networking, and travel, and on-site tasks (50%) encompassing office-based activities and strategy planning. You can expect standard working hours with occasional evening/weekend events for networking or client engagements. Working within a collaborative and supportive team, you will have ample opportunities for professional growth. In terms of compensation and benefits, you will receive a competitive base salary along with a performance-based commission structure. Paid time off, holidays, professional development opportunities, and a travel allowance for field-based activities will also be part of your comprehensive benefits package. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for fresher candidates to kickstart their career journey in a dynamic and rewarding work environment at Aarbees London.,
