Relationship and Marketing Consultant

Job Summary:

We at Aarbees London are seeking a dynamic and motivated Relationship and Marketing Consultant to join our retail store team. The primary focus of this role is outside sales, building strong relationships with potential customers, and driving revenue growth through effective marketing and sales strategies. The ideal candidate is a proactive, results-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and a passion for connecting with people.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outside Sales: Actively seek out and engage potential customers through in-person meetings, networking events, and community outreach to promote the retail store’s products and services.
• Relationship Building: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with prospective and existing customers to foster trust and loyalty.
• Customer Engagement: Identify customer needs, provide tailored product recommendations, and deliver exceptional service to drive sales conversions.
• Market Research: Conduct research to identify new market opportunities, analyze competitor strategies, and stay informed about industry trends.
• Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Brand Promotion: Represent the retail store at local events, trade shows, and community gatherings to increase brand visibility and attract new customers.
• Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, customer interactions, and performance metrics to management on a regular basis.
• Customer Follow-Up: Maintain consistent communication with leads and clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Experience: Not required. Freshers Welcome!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,533.64 per month
