Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Chandigarh. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales strategies, identifying potential clients, building relationships with key decision-makers, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include prospecting new leads, conducting presentations and product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and maintaining a pipeline of qualified leads. Additionally, the Sales Executive will work closely with the marketing and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous service improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Relationship Management
• Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
• Understanding of CRM software and sales performance metrics
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Experience in real estate or property management is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
