Job Description

Role Overview: You are a smart, confident, and motivated B2B Sales Executive at Nityada India Private Limited, responsible for finding new customers and increasing sales of hydraulic products to businesses. Your role involves understanding the products, maintaining a professional appearance, and successfully selling to businessmen and high-level industrialist clients. Key Responsibilities: - Lead Generation & Business Development: Proactively identify and qualify new sales leads within the target market, such as automotive ancillaries and fixture manufacturers. - Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with new and existing clients, including engineers, procurement managers, and senior management. - Sales Meetings & Presentations: Schedule and conduct meetings with industrialist clients, delivering compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations. - Technical Consultation: Understand client requirements and collaborate with the technical team to propose effective hydraulic solutions. - Proposal & Quotation Management: Prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and negotiate contract terms to close sales. - Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. - Market Intelligence: Stay informed of industry trends, market activities, and competitor products to identify new opportunities. - Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system and prepare regular sales reports for management. Qualifications and Experience: - Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B industrial sales, preferably in automotive ancillaries or hydraulics/industrial equipment sector. - Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. - Vehicle Ownership: Must own a two-wheeler and a four-wheeler for local and regional travel.
