Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Sales & Growth: Identify new clients, generate leads, meet monthly/quarterly targets, and expand market share. Client Management: Build & maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, designers, retailers, and other stakeholders. Product Expertise: Showcase textile products (fabrics, garments) with deep understanding of materials, trends, and applications. Negotiation: Present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals. Reporting: Track sales activities, forecast sales, and report to management. Market Insight: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.  Essential Skills & Qualifications: Experience: Proven B2B sales experience in textiles, apparel, garments, or fashion industry is often mandatory. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of textile sourcing, manufacturing, and market dynamics. Communication: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Results-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets. Personality: Enthusiastic, self-motivated, with a pleasant personality.
