Job Profile : Technical Sales Executive at Nexsel Tech Pvt Ltd Industry : Controlled Environment Agriculture ( Agriculture and other ) Job Description: Nexsel Tech Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly motivated person as technical sales executive to identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into sales. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 years of experience in handling B2B sales, with a focus on high-value products. The candidate should have a proven track record of handling customers like CEO, COO, MD, and company owners, and be able to generate leads through LinkedIn and other social media tools, as well as cold calling. Responsibilities: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into sales. - Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service. - Handle leads generated from other marketing activities. - Stay updated with market trends, conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities. - Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis. - Lead and motivate a sales team. - Willingness to travel as required. Qualifications: - 0 to 2 years of experience in handling B2B sales. - Any graduate with a proven track record of good sales. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to lead and motivate a sales team. - Willingness to travel as required. Salary : 2 to 5 lakh as per candidate experience + Incentives + Insurance + TA + Mobile allowance If the candidate has experience in agriculture or related industry sales, they will get priority.
