Key Responsibilities : Sales Responsibilities : Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Generate leads through various channels online, calls, visits, and referrals. Conduct product presentations and demos to prospective clients. Negotiate deals and close sales to meet or exceed targets. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business. Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and submit to the manager. Marketing Responsibilities : Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns. Promote products/services through digital and offline platforms. Conduct competitor and market analysis to support strategy planning. Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and client meetings. Work with the design team for content, brochures, and digital ads. Monitor marketing campaign performance and suggest improvements. Key Skills & Competencies : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, SEO, Email Marketing). Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office tools. Self-motivated and target-driven. Analytical and strategic thinker. Ability to travel when required. Preferred candidate profile
