Key Responsibilities

Contact warm leads who have shown interest in our digital programs
Clearly explain course structure, features, and platform benefits
Guide prospects through the enrollment process
Handle follow-ups via calls, messages, and emails
Conduct Zoom calls with enrolled customers to gather feedback and video testimonials
Assist during webinars and online presentations
Manage basic social media engagement (DMs, comments, interactions)
Support online reputation management across review platforms
Maintain daily tracking, follow-up records, and documentation
