Sales Executive

You will oversee the promotion of property sales on advertisement media and listing services. You will meet with prospects and clients interested in properties to offer them real estate deals. Communication with clients will be essential to identify their requirements and choice of property. You will also be responsible for overseeing the preparation and approval of documents such as purchase agreements and lease contracts. Your duties will include making arrangements to give prospective buyers a view of a property before closing deals. Acting as intermediaries between property sellers and prospective buyers will be part of your role to facilitate property deals. You will need to conduct inspections of properties to ensure the terms and conditions of sales are met before closing deals. Providing periodic reports to company management on sales operations and generated returns using CRM systems will be required. Surveys should be conducted to identify the price of competing properties on the housing market. Recommendations should be provided to buyers and they should be referred to property consultants who offer legal and mortgage services. Ensuring compliance with housing laws and policies during property deals is crucial. Monitoring the property market to identify individuals with an interest in property and convincing them to secure a brokering deal will also be part of your responsibilities. Maintaining contact with clients to discuss future business prospects is essential. Participation in seminars, conferences, and events to enhance existing job knowledge and expand your personal network is encouraged. This position is full-time and permanent. A Bachelor's degree is preferred for this role. The work location is in person.,
