Role &

Join a growing real estate team and take ownership of on-ground marketing, lead generation, and sales enablement. If you're energetic, fluent in Telugu, Hindi & English, and ready to hustle on the field we're looking for you!

Responsibilities

Build and implement strategies for sales growth and lead conversion
Coordinate and support team during site visits, follow-ups, and closures
Assist in converting walk-ins and warm leads into closures
Maintain and update CRM
(Sell.do)
and internal reporting sheets
Serve as the key communicator between sales team and marketing teams
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management
Ensure accurate data of Potential data entry and documentation across all tools
Negotiate terms and successfully close deals through strong objection-handling and persuasive communication.
