🧭 Job Title: Sales Executive (Full-Time) 1. Position Overview Drive revenue growth by identifying, acquiring, and retaining clients. Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and customers across B2B/B2C sectors 2. Key Responsibilities Business Development: Identify new leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events . Client Engagement: Present, demonstrate, and pitch products/services, articulating clear value propositions tailored to each client Negotiation & Closing: Manage contract negotiations (price, terms, delivery), overcome objections, and close deals Account Management: Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients; upsell and ensure ongoing satisfaction Market Insight: Monitor trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to inform strategy and product development . Sales Administration: Track leads, manage CRM records, report performance, and forecast sales Brand Representation: Attend trade shows, conferences, and promotional events to network and generate leads Service Coordination: Address client concerns and coordinate with internal teams (support, marketing) for solutions .
