Sales Executive - Medical Devices

As a Field Sales Representative for Ayka, an ISO-13485 Certified manufacturer and exporter of medical packaging and sterilization monitoring products, your role will involve driving institutional sales in Delhi NCR, with a focus on hospital CSSD and purchase departments. Responsibilities: - Visit hospitals in Hisar to engage with CSSD, purchase, and infection control staff - Establish and nurture relationships with biomedical engineers, CSSD technicians, and purchase managers - Conduct demonstrations of Ayka's product range, including sterilization reels, indicators, and tracking systems - Generate and convert leads through hospital visits, follow-ups, and referrals - Coordinate with the head office for quotations, order processing, and delivery updates - Gather feedback, address grievances, and facilitate repeat orders - Maintain visit records and provide daily updates through CRM Qualifications: - Graduate in Life Sciences, Microbiology, or related fields (preferred, not mandatory) - Previous experience in hospital sales, particularly in CSSD or Infection Control, is advantageous - Willingness to undertake local and outstation travel - Strong communication and relationship-building abilities - Familiarity with CRM tools, sales tracking, and hospital procurement processes - Self-motivated and goal-oriented If you join Ayka, you can expect: - Fixed salary along with incentives based on new client conversions - An opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing healthcare brand - Product training and onboarding support - Potential for career growth into zonal or product manager roles Please note that preference will be given to candidates based in Hisar with regional hospital familiarity.
