Job Description

Ayka is a leading manufacturer of medical packaging and sterilization monitoring products, serving hospitals and healthcare institutions across India and abroad.

detail-oriented and proactive Inventory & Operations Executive

Responsibilities

Maintain daily inventory and stock movement between factory and Delhi warehouse
Coordinate product dispatches and ensure timely deliveries
Update and reconcile data across Google Sheets and dashboards (Looker Studio)
Communicate with production, sales, and logistics teams for smooth order execution
Track inward/outward stock, courier movements, and material transfers

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business.
1-3 years of logistics or supply chain experience
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with ERP or logistics software is an advantage.
