We’re looking for a proactive and organized Office Coordinator to join our backend team at Ayka. This person will be the central point of communication between our marketing team, billing department, dispatch, and customers. Your role will help streamline daily operations and ensure our internal processes run smoothly — from quotation requests and dispatch tracking to complaint handling and tender support. Key Responsibilities Coordinate between sales team and billing/dispatch for daily requests Track dispatches, confirm deliveries with customer Maintain trackers for quotations, Company Assets, payments, and complaints Assist in preparing documents for tenders Handle administrative tasks like reimbursements, leave logs, and office inventory Prepare simple daily task reports and weekly summaries for management What We’re Looking For: Graduate with 1–3 years of admin/coordination experience Good command over Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Excellent follow-up and task management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently when needed Why Join Us?
