Job Summary:

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team at Master Group Empire. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for real estate, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to close deals. You will be responsible for promoting and selling residential and/or commercial properties, building client relationships, and meeting monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively promote and sell properties listed by Master Group Empire.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, site visits, and digital platforms.
  • Conduct property tours and presentations to prospective buyers or investors.
  • Provide clients with accurate property information, pricing, and market trends.
  • Negotiate deals and close sales with professionalism and integrity.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and investors.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of real estate laws, market trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Prepare and manage documentation related to sales, contracts, and client communication.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field (freshers with strong sales aptitude may also apply).
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in [Insert Language(s) – e.g., English, Hindi, etc.].
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
  • Must have a professional attitude, grooming, and presentation.
  • Willingness to travel and conduct site visits.
