Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Architect to assist in the design and development of architectural projects. The candidate will work closely with senior architects and the design team to produce high-quality drawings, 3D models, and presentations, while also participating in site visits and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of architectural designs, drawings, and construction documents.
• Create 3D models, renderings, and presentations using tools like SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Suite.
• Participate in conceptual design development and brainstorming sessions.
• Support project teams in design reviews, material selection, and coordination with consultants.
• Conduct site visits and prepare reports, measurements, and photographic documentation.
• Ensure compliance with zoning laws, building codes, and other regulations.
• Assist with client presentations and revisions based on feedback.
• Maintain project files, samples, and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in architectural design (internship experience acceptable).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign).
• Knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and architectural detailing.
• Strong visual, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
