Job Description

🔹 Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to drive sales and build strong relationships with kirana stores, hotels, restaurants, caterers (HoReCa), and other B2B customers. The candidate will be responsible for order booking, collections, and expanding our customer base in the grocery and FMCG segment 🔹 Key Responsibilities Identify and onboard new kirana stores / retailers / HoReCa clients in the assigned territory. Generate daily/weekly sales orders and achieve monthly sales targets. Maintain and grow business with existing customers through regular visits and relationship management. Track outstanding payments and ensure timely collections. Promote company’s product range (eggs, groceries, FMCG, staples) and explain pricing & offers. Coordinate with logistics team for smooth order fulfillment and delivery. Provide market feedback on pricing, competitor activities, and customer needs. Prepare and share daily sales reports with the management. 🔹 Skills & Requirements Qualification: Graduate / Diploma (any discipline, MBA preferred but not mandatory). Experience: 0–3 years in FMCG / grocery / B2B sales (freshers with good communication skills can apply). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Knowledge of local market and kirana ecosystem in Chennai. Willingness to travel within the city. Basic computer / mobile app knowledge for order entry & reporting.
