About Us:

Loony is a fast-growing personalized gifting startup that brings joy through uniquely crafted caricature products. We work with individuals and businesses to create customized gifts that make lasting impressions. As we expand our B2B vertical, we're looking for a high-energy sales professional to lead our outreach to corporates, consultants, event companies, and gifting agencies.


Role Overview:

We’re seeking a proactive and result-driven B2B Sales Executive to drive lead generation and convert high-potential clients into long-term partners. You'll play a key role in building Loony’s presence in the B2B gifting space by identifying, nurturing, and closing business opportunities.


Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify new B2B leads through platforms like LinkedIn, directories, cold outreach, and inbound interest.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline targeting: HR departments (for employee gifting) ,Event planners, Gifting agencies, Wedding & celebration planners
  • Conduct outreach via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn DMs, and virtual/in-person meetings.
  • Pitch Loony’s unique personalized gifting solutions and close deals.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and follow up consistently to nurture leads.
  • Coordinate with design and fulfillment teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery for B2B clients.
  • Represent Loony at industry events, expos, or networking meets in Chennai and beyond.


Requirements:

  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably in gifting, events, corporate services, or D2C products.
  • Proven experience in lead generation, prospecting, and sales conversion.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills (verbal + written).
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn, email tools, and CRM systems.
  • Highly self-motivated and target-oriented.
  • Based in Chennai and comfortable with in-person client meetings.
