Lightronics is a trusted B2B distribution partner for premium electronic components and customized kitting solutions. We support OEMs, manufacturers, and design teams in industries like electrical switches, LED lighting, toys, and appliances.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and approach potential B2B customers (OEMs, Manufacturers, Traders, R&D teams)
• Promote Lightronics’ range of electronic components and kitting solutions.
• Understand client requirements and suggest relevant component-based solutions
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and report field feedback • Handle inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups
• Coordinate with internal teams for technical and logistics support
• Attend exhibitions, client visits, and product demonstrations as needed. • Maintain client relationships
• Diploma/Bachelor’s in Electronics or Electrical Engineering
(Graduates in Marketing/Management with technical interest may also apply)
• Strong communication, persuasion and presentation skills
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory
• Self-motivated with a result-driven approach
