This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow in the electronics distribution space with hands-on field experience. Key Responsibilities • Identify and approach potential B2B customers (OEMs, Manufacturers, Traders, R&D teams) • Promote Lightronics’ range of electronic components and kitting solutions. • Understand client requirements and suggest relevant component-based solutions • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and report field feedback • Handle inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups • Coordinate with internal teams for technical and logistics support • Attend exhibitions, client visits, and product demonstrations as needed. • Maintain client relationships Requirements • Diploma/Bachelor’s in Electronics or Electrical Engineering (Graduates in Marketing/Management with technical interest may also apply) • Strong communication, persuasion and presentation skills • Ability to travel within the assigned territory • Self-motivated with a result-driven approach • Basic knowledge of electronic components (resistors, capacitors, ICs etc.) is an advantage
