Job Description

Sales Executive – Legal & Compliances Tech

1. Business Development & Sales

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue prospective clients, including law firms, corporates, universities, and government institutions.
  • Execute outreach via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and digital campaigns.
  • Nurture leads through the sales funnel: awareness consult booking payment.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary contact for clients; understand their requirements, case types, and urgency.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and sales progress in CRM tools.
  • Prepare reports on sales performance, pipeline, and client feedback.
  • Maintain ongoing engagement through reminders, follow-ups, and renewals.
  • Gather feedback and testimonials to enhance credibility.
  • Upsell and cross-sell relevant legal services.

3. Operations & Vendor Management

  • Onboard Vendors/lawyers: KYC, verification, and profile creation.
  • Assign Vendors to cases based on expertise, availability, and ratings.
  • Handle escalations between clients and Vendors, ensuring fair resolution.

4. Customer Success & Retention

  • Conduct post-consult follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Proactively address issues to prevent client churn.
  • Create FAQs, guides, and chatbot responses for self-service support.

5. Collaboration & Reporting

  • Sync with marketing on campaigns and lead quality.
  • Share client feedback with product/tech teams to improve platform features.
  • Work with finance for invoicing, refunds, and revenue reporting.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Escalation

  • Partner with product, sales, and support teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Act as a brand representative in client meetings, workshops, and industry discussions.
  • Handle and resolve client escalations, coordinating with technical/product teams as needed.

Required Skills

  • Prior experience in legal & compliance tech sales or online legal services.
  • Ability to work with CRMs, manage pipelines, and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Familiarity with document drafting, legal notices, agreements, and contracts.
  • Familiarity with e-signature platforms, digital stamping, and compliance tools.
  • Experience in vendor management and onboarding processes in the legal/financial domain.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and client engagement skills.
  • Target-driven mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
