Job Description

The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and growing the assigned dealer network by driving sales performance, strengthening dealer relationships, providing sales training, and executing market-specific strategies to achieve volume and market share targets.

Tasks & Activities

Dealer Appointment & Relationship Management

  • Appoint and onboard new dealers in line with company expansion plans.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealer principals and dealership sales teams.
  • Conduct regular dealership visits to understand business needs, challenges, and sales performance.
  • Communicate company policies, sales strategies, pricing, and promotional initiatives effectively.
  • Resolve dealer concerns, escalations, and operational issues in a timely manner.

Sales Target Achievement

  • Set sales targets for the assigned dealer network and ensure achievement of monthly and annual goals.
  • Monitor individual dealer performance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Implement sales initiatives to drive volumes, improve market share, and increase dealer productivity.

Sales Training & Development

  • Conduct regular product and sales training programs for dealer sales teams.
  • Provide continuous coaching and on-ground support to enhance selling skills and customer engagement.
  • Support dealers in improving customer service standards and closing efficiency.

Market Analysis & Sales Planning

  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop territory-specific sales plans to maximize market penetration and coverage.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and assess potential risks and opportunities in the territory.

Lead Generation & Conversion

  • Generate and track leads through dealer networks and marketing initiatives.
  • Support dealers in lead qualification, follow-ups, and conversion into successful sales.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to improve lead turnaround time and conversion ratios.

Reporting & Performance Analysis

  • Track key sales KPIs and prepare periodic sales performance reports for management review.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, gaps, and corrective actions.
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance dealer efficiency and sales outcomes.
