· Identify, acquire, and manage relationships with B2B clients—retailers, wholesalers, manufacturers, and traders.
· Drive sales of certified and non-certified diamonds; consistently achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
· Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery timelines to close profitable deals.
· Strong follow up and data keeping.
· Stay updated on diamond grading (4Cs), market trends, and competitive insights.
· Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and client meetings to expand outreach.
· Share product lists, quotations, and ensure smooth after-sales support.
· Maintain accurate CRM/sales records, track leads, and report key insights to management.
·
· Communication and story telling skills
· Strong knowledge of diamonds, jewelry, and 4Cs grading
· 1-2 years experience in B2B sales and client relationship management
· Strong negotiation skills and target-driven mindset
· Market awareness and analytical thinking
· Proficiency in Excel
· Good understanding of latest industry technology and tools
· Passion for the diamond industry and commitment to building strong client relationships
