We sell via our website, Etsy, and other digital platforms, attracting design-conscious consumers looking for personalized decor. Role Overview We’re hiring an Inbound Sales Executive who will handle leads generated through our e-commerce channels – Walltrendz.in, Etsy, WhatsApp, and social media. Your main goal is to convert high-intent product inquiries into confirmed orders, helping customers with everything from product selection to order placement. Key Responsibilities Handle daily inbound leads generated via website chat, WhatsApp, Etsy messages, and social media Guide customers through the buying journey – product discovery, customization, pricing, and order support Explain product details, sizing, delivery, installation queries, and payment options Convert leads into sales by building trust and offering tailored suggestions Coordinate with design, printing, and logistics teams for custom orders Maintain customer interaction logs via e-commerce CRM or Google Sheets Identify buying trends and report customer feedback for improving conversion Requirements 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce sales/ inbound sales Strong communication skills in English Preferred Background Degree/Diploma in Marketing Prior work with a print-on-demand, design, or home improvement brand is a plus What We Offer Fixed salary + attractive incentives based on conversion performance On-the-job training and tools to support your sales success Direct role in shaping customer experience and online brand trust Fast-growing, digitally enabled team with career growth opportunities Skills: sales,product knowledge,inbound sales,communication skills,customization,customer relationship management (crm),d2c,e-commerce sales,trend analysis,e-commerce
