Job Title: Sales Executive

He is responsible for driving hotel revenue by identifying new business opportunities, securing bookings for accommodations and event spaces, and building lasting relationships with clients. This role requires a proactive and results-oriented individual with a deep understanding of the hospitality industry and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and Business Development: Actively identify and solicit potential clients, including corporate accounts, travel agencies, event planners, and social groups. This includes cold-calling and attending industry events to expand the hotel's reach.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure repeat business and loyalty.
  • Sales and Negotiation: Create customized proposals, negotiate contract terms and pricing, and close sales to meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Presentations and Site Inspections: Plan and conduct persuasive sales presentations and hotel site inspections to showcase the hotel's facilities, services, and amenities.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to adjust sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Coordination and Reporting: Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., marketing, operations, revenue management) to ensure client needs are met and the guest experience is seamless. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent post-sale support and resolve any client issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience: Proven sales experience, preferably within the hotel or hospitality industry, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information in a clear and persuasive manner.
  • Negotiation: Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Soft Skills: Self-motivated, results-oriented, adaptable, and a collaborative team player with strong time management and organizational skills.
