Your responsibilities will include: - Lead Generation & Outreach: Develop and execute targeted strategies to acquire new healthcare clients such as hospitals, clinics, and service providers. - Pitch Development & Presentation: Collaborate with account planning and creative teams to craft customized, ROI-focused pitches and impactful pitch decks for potential clients. - Client Acquisition: Manage a strong pipeline of healthcare prospects, converting leads into successful partnerships with a focus on ROI-driven outcomes. - Market Research: Conduct thorough research on healthcare trends, competitive activities, regulatory landscapes, and patient behavior insights to enhance client pitches. - Cross-functional Collaboration: Engage closely with creative, strategy, and media teams to ensure smooth onboarding and exceptional client service. - Relationship Management: Nurture long-term client relationships, emphasizing retention, upselling, and delivering measurable growth results. - Reporting and Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate prospect/client data and financial records, offering regular reports on lead generation, client acquisition, and growth metrics. - Strategic Ideation: Participate in internal brainstorming sessions to develop innovative brand solutions and marketing campaigns tailored for healthcare clients. - Campaign Integration: Ensure seamless integration of brand messaging, visual storytelling, and strategic objectives into marketing campaigns. Success Metrics (KPIs): - Lead Generation: Achieve 5+ qualified healthcare leads per month. - New Business Closures: Secure 3+ new healthcare clients per quarter. - Client Retention: Maintain 90%+ retention rate across your client portfolio. - Revenue Growth: Drive a minimum of 20% YoY revenue growth for managed accounts. Qualifications required for this role include: - 2-4 years of experience in business development roles, preferably within healthcare, advertising, or marketing sectors. - Strong network and client-handling experience in the healthcare and service industry is advantageous. - Deep understanding of healthcare regulations, patient acquisition strategies, and service marketing trends. - Expertise in storytelling, pitch deck creation, and presenting to C-level healthcare executives. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) and analytics/reporting platforms. - Strong project management and time management skills. - Basic knowledge of healthcare creative campaigns, copywriting, and branding principles. - Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office Suite.
