We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor & Motion Graphic Designer to join our dynamic creative team at our advertising agency. You will play a key role in bringing ideas to life through compelling video edits and visually striking motion graphics across digital, social, and brand campaigns. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves storytelling through visuals, and is comfortable working on multiple projects for a range of clients—especially in healthcare, lifestyle, and FMCG sectors. Key Responsibilities: Edit raw footage into polished video content for ads, social media, brand films, product explainers, reels, and more. Design and animate motion graphics elements including logo animations, lower thirds, infographics, transitions, and text overlays. Collaborate closely with copywriters, graphic designers, and account managers to understand project goals and creative direction. Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and campaign tone. Manage post-production workflows including sound design, color correction, and basic visual effects. Stay updated with trends in video formats, editing techniques, and platform requirements (Instagram, YouTube, Meta, etc.). Organize and archive project files systematically for easy access and re-use. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Film, Design, Animation, Communication, or a related field (preferred). 2+ years of professional experience in video editing and motion design (agency experience) Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop (knowledge of Illustrator, Audition, or Final Cut Pro is a plus). Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and audio-visual sync. Ability to manage tight deadlines and multitask without compromising quality. A creative eye and attention to detail. Portfolio/demo reel showcasing a range of video editing and motion design work is mandatory.
