Video Editor - Advertising

As a Video Editor & Motion Graphic Designer, you will be a valuable member of the dynamic creative team at the advertising agency, where you will bring ideas to life through compelling video edits and visually striking motion graphics for digital, social, and brand campaigns. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy storytelling through visuals, and adeptly handle multiple projects for various clients, especially in the healthcare industry. **Key Responsibilities:** - Edit raw footage into polished video content for ads, social media, brand films, product explainers, reels, and more. - Design and animate motion graphics elements such as logo animations, lower thirds, infographics, transitions, and text overlays. - Collaborate closely with copywriters, graphic designers, and account managers to grasp project goals and creative direction. - Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and campaign tone. - Manage post-production workflows including sound design, color correction, and basic visual effects. - Stay updated with trends in video formats, editing techniques, and platform requirements (Instagram, YouTube, Meta, etc.). - Organize and archive project files systematically for easy access and re-use. **Requirements:** - Bachelors degree in Film, Design, Animation, Communication, or a related field (preferred). - 2+ years of professional experience in video editing and motion design (agency experience). - Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop (knowledge of Illustrator, Audition, or Final Cut Pro is a plus). - Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and audio-visual sync. - Ability to manage tight deadlines and multitask without compromising quality. - A creative eye and attention to detail. - A portfolio/demo reel showcasing a range of video editing and motion design work is mandatory.
