Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive (3 Openings) Experience: 2-6 years Job Summary: We are seeking experienced and skilled Real Estate Sales Executives to drive sales, build relationships, and promote our high-end residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidates will possess excellent leadership, customer service, and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and work independently. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales and Revenue Generation: - Sell high-end residential and commercial projects - Meet and exceed monthly sales targets - Identify and pursue new business opportunities 2. Client Relationship Management: - Build and preserve trusting relationships with premier customers - Conduct regular client meetings and site visits - Effectively close client transactions 3. Market Research and Analysis: - Conduct market research and analyze sales figures (including land and space requirements for factories and companies) - Stay updated on government policies, bylaws, and market trends - Provide insights and recommendations to senior management 4. Leadership and Training: - Lead and motivate the sales team - Provide weekly training to employees - Maintain a healthy and positive work environment 5. Strong network and relationships with potential clients Job title : Real Estate Sales Executive Experience : 1-5 Years Education : Any graduation Industry : Real estate preferably Industrial / Commercial Responsibilities : Generate sales by contacting customers using existing or self-sourced data Thoroughly brief customers on project unique selling points (USPs) Schedule and conduct site visits with customers, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions Provide detailed explanations of technical details and location benefits Audit leads and expand the customer base through referral generation Compile and analyze sales figures Collect customer feedback Continuously refine sales strategies for optimal results Stay up-to-date with real estate market trends and regulations Attend industrial expo exhibitions to build networks Have a basic knowledge of ROI and other key metrics for handling investors Prepare professional proposals for clients and consultants Arrange meetings with consultants to promote ongoing projects Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company. Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts. Obtaining customer information and other relevant data. As an ideal candidate, you should be an excellent communicator with convincing abilities. Great report writing skills, amazing negotiation skills, and phenomenal telephone etiquette are essential for this position.
