Our goal is to provide industrial clients with premium infrastructure and strategic locations to optimize their business operations. Job Summary: Purchase Executive We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage all purchasing activities related to industrial real estate acquisition and development projects . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement, vendor management, and cost control, with specific experience in industrial real estate or construction. This role requires a strategic thinker who can ensure the timely and cost-effective procurement of materials, equipment, and services while maintaining high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities 1. Procurement Strategy & Execution for Industrial Projects Develop and implement procurement strategies tailored to industrial real estate acquisition and development projects. Collaborate with project teams, engineers, and stakeholders to identify procurement needs for land acquisition, construction materials, and industrial infrastructure. Conduct market research to identify vendors for industrial equipment, construction materials, and specialized services. Ensure procurement activities align with project timelines, quality standards, and budgetary constraints. 2. Vendor Management & Relationship Building Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors specializing in industrial real estate projects. Maintain a comprehensive supplier database, track supplier performance, and conduct periodic evaluations to ensure quality and reliability. Build and nurture strong relationships with vendors, negotiating contracts, resolving disputes, and ensuring smooth project execution. Conduct regular supplier audits to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations. 3. Purchase Order Management Prepare and issue purchase orders for industrial land acquisition, construction materials, and infrastructure development. Coordinate with internal stakeholders (project managers, engineers, accounting) to ensure timely approvals and processing of purchase orders. Monitor purchase order status, track deliveries, and address delays or issues in coordination with vendors and logistics teams. Ensure all purchase orders are accurate, complete, and compliant with company policies and procedures. 4. Cost Control & Budget Management Analyze budgets for industrial real estate projects and implement cost control measures to optimize procurement costs. Monitor market trends and prices for industrial materials and services, conducting price comparisons and negotiating favourable terms. Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely payment processing and resolve billing discrepancies. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or timelines. 5. Inventory Management for Industrial Projects Oversee inventory levels for construction materials and industrial equipment, ensuring optimal stock availability. Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate efficient material flow. Minimize excess or obsolete stock while ensuring timely availability of materials for ongoing projects. 6. Compliance & Documentation Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations related to industrial real estate procurement. Maintain proper documentation of procurement activities, including contracts, purchase orders, invoices, and vendor agreements. Prepare and submit regular procurement reports to management, highlighting key metrics and performance indicators. Qualifications Education: Bachelors degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a relevant field. Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a Purchasing Officer, Purchasing Agent, or in a similar role, preferably in industrial real estate or construction. Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and ERP/Far vision.
