Job Title : -Liasoning Executive(01 Opening)

Experience

Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Liasoning Officer to facilitate smooth interactions with government authorities, revenue departments, and local bodies. The ideal candidate will possess excellent negotiation skills, basic legal knowledge of property documents, and experience in liaising with government offices.

Key Responsibilities

Liasoning with Revenue department, City survey office, Tahsildar office, Circle office, Talathi office liasoning with the collector and SDOS office for NA permission.
Basic legal knowledge of legal law regarding Properties.
The Liaison Officer should have good Negotiation Skills.
Coordination with Govt. Authorities for land records updation, Mutations etc.
Land Coordination with survey department officials like surveyors for land survey, extent rectification and collection of survey documents.
Land conversion process.
Obtaining departmental clearances and approvals for the projects
-Coordination with Revenue department officials for expansion, new proposals and renewals.
Any other works relating to Liaisoning with Governments/Local Authorities and attending the issues,taking follow up for the same.
Coordination with management for day by day activity and to get necessary approvals.
Liasoning in PMC/PCMC/Town Planning/MIDC.
MIDC Liaisoning knowledge (Preferable).

Qualification:

- Graduation/Post-Graduation in any Specialization.

- Bachelor in Arts(Perferable)
