Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

To maintain accounting work in tally ERP 9.
Knowledge of GST return, TDS, Taxation, ITR and Finance is must.
Prepare and review financial statements and reports (monthly, quarterly, and annually).
Manage general ledger operations and ensure accurate journal entries.
Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations (e.g. GST, TDS, Income Tax).
Coordinate internal and external audits, CA, CS and relevant professionals.
Coordinate with Govt authorities like GST dept, Income tax dept for account related work.
Support month-end and year-end close process.
Assist in tax filings and liaise with auditors and tax consultants.
Implement and improve accounting systems and processes.
Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s or CA/CPA preferred).
Minimum of 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a senior or supervisory role.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficient in accounting software (Tally).
Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities and decision-making skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
