Key Responsibilities

Data Sourcing & Lead Management

• Source accurate decision-maker contacts using LinkedIn, Google Search, company websites, industry directories, and professional networks
• Research businesses across sectors:

SMEs & Startups

Agencies, IT Firms

HR, Admin & Operations Departments

Retail, Service Providers, Consultants & Professionals

• Maintain and update lead databases and follow-ups using

  bizTrx CRM

Sales Meetings & Client Discovery

• Prepare for meetings through structured client research
• Conduct meetings to understand:

Business workflows

CRM and sales process gaps

Digital identity and productivity challenges

• Position the right solution:

Digital Business Card

DeskStreamz

bizTrx CRM

• Convert interest into demos, trials, and subscription opportunities

Proposals, Demos & Closures

• Create customized sales presentations and proposals for:

Digital Business Card premium plans

DeskStreamz monthly / annual licenses

bizTrx CRM subscriptions

• Coordinate with internal teams to:

Schedule demos

Finalize pricing

Prepare documentation and onboarding

Sales Conversion & Target Achievement

• Negotiate win-win deals with SMEs and startups
• Ensure profitability and compliance with management guidelines
• Achieve monthly sales targets across all products

Client Coordination

• Maintain professional email communication and records
• Act as the single point of contact from:

First meeting

Demo scheduling

Requirement gathering

Product setup & onboarding

Final closure

• Ensure a smooth and professional client experience

Work Requirements

• Work From Office (WFO)
• Field work required for:

Business events & networking (Digital Business Card)

On-site demos and meetings (DeskStreamz & bizTrx CRM)
