• SMEs & Startups
• Agencies, IT Firms, HR & Admin Departments
• Retail, Service Providers, Consultants, Professionals
• Maintain and update lead databases using internal organizational templates.
  

Sales Meetings

• Prepare for meetings through structured research about each target client.
• Conduct effective meetings to:
• Understand client workflows, digital identity requirements, and productivity challenges.

• Generate product requirements and convert interest into demos and subscription opportunities.
  

Sales Proposals

• Create professional presentations and proposals based on client needs, including:

• Coordinate with the operations/product team to:
• Prepare proposals
• Schedule demos
• Draft pricing and documentation
  

Sales Conversion

• Negotiate win-win deals with SMEs, startups, and companies.
• Maintain profitability and ensure compliance with management guidelines.
• Achieve monthly conversion targets for:

Client Coordination

• Write professional emails and maintain clear communication records.
• Act as the primary interface between the client and internal teams throughout:
• Demo scheduling
• Requirement gathering
• Product setup & onboarding
• Final closure
• Ensure smooth and professional client experience from first contact to service completion.
