About the Role

As a Sales Executive, you will own the complete sales cyclefrom product demos to deal closure. You will engage with prospects, understand their business needs, deliver tailored demos, negotiate, and close deals while maintaining accurate CRM records. This role requires strong communication skills, SaaS sales experience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead to closure
  • Conduct virtual product demos tailored to customer use cases
  • Engage in frequent customer interactions, negotiations, and follow-ups
  • Close deals in a timely manner to meet monthly and quarterly targets
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records for all deals and activities
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term engagement
  • Provide actionable customer feedback to product and leadership teams
  • Manage multiple deals simultaneously in a fast-paced SaaS environment
  • Share sales insights, best practices, and strategies with the team

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably SaaS or technology products
  • Strong understanding of the full sales cycle and deal management
  • Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and email writing skills
  • Experience using CRM and sales tools for pipeline management
  • Ability to conduct confident product demos and client presentations
  • Strong problem-solving and customer-focused approach
  • Ability to work independently while meeting revenue and activity KPIs

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience working in a startup or high-growth SaaS environment
  • Exposure to enterprise or mid-market sales
  • Familiarity with sales automation tools and structured sales processes
  • Experience handling high-value deals and negotiations
  • Strong adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and strategies
