Sales Executive Field Sales

Designation:

Roles & Responsibilities

• Source new business through

  branch-based and open market activities

• Interact with customers and explain

  banking products

  such as Personal Loans and other financial offerings
• Build and maintain strong relationships with

  customers, branch staff, and managers

• Handle

  end-to-end customer documentation

  and ensure accuracy and compliance
• Participate in

  field activities, promotional events, and campaigns

  to generate leads
• Maintain daily

  lead updates, lead tracking, and business MIS

• Ensure all activities are carried out as per

  prescribed guidelines and internal processes

• Achieve assigned

  sales targets

  and contribute to business growth

Eligibility Criteria

• Any graduate

  with a minimum of

  1 year of sales experience

• Experience in

  field sales / direct sales / BFSI sales

  preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Willingness to work in the

  field and open market

• Ability to manage customer relationships and meet targets

Compensation & Benefits

• CTC:

  17,802 per month

• Training Allowance:

  2,000 per month (up to 6 months)
